1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including: your name and email address when you create an account, pet profiles and medication details you enter, photos you upload (label scans, health journal entries, vet notes), and family member information you share through the family sync feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve the Service, send medication reminders and low-pill alerts, provide smart health insights and label reading, process payments through Stripe, and communicate with you about your account and Service updates.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: family members you explicitly invite to your account, Stripe for payment processing, our processing partner Hayden-Fisher Technology, Inc. for label reading and health insights (data is sent securely under a data processing agreement and is not retained by the partner), and as required by law. Before any of your pet information is shared for label reading or health insights, we ask for your one-time consent.

4. Data Security

We protect your data using TLS encryption for data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time directly from your Account Settings; deletion takes effect immediately. If you prefer, you may also request deletion by contacting us, and we will remove your personal data within 30 days of verifying the request, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, opt out of marketing communications, and request information about how your data is used. From your Account Settings you can download a copy of your data and permanently delete your account and associated data yourself, at any time. You can also update your profile information there. If you would rather we handle a request on your behalf, contact us through our contact page and we will verify your identity before acting on it.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and our processing partner Hayden-Fisher Technology, Inc. (label scanning, health insights). These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
